tnt domain

I apologize you about this late announcement about domain change.

The domain of Tokyo Metropolitan University changed from metro-u.ac.jp to tmu.ac.jp. Accordingly tnt domain is moved from tnt.math.metro-u.ac.jp to tnt.math.se.tmu.ac.jp. So the official homepage of NZMATH is now http://tnt.math.se.tmu.ac.jp/nzmath/.

All the old links on this blog will remain unedited.
